WHERE WILL MY CALENDAR BE SHIPPED FROM?

Festival Culture Calendar is located in Canada and all of our products are shipped standard mail from here.

I’M ORDERING FROM THE USA, WILL THERE BE EXTRA CUSTOMS FEES ON MY PURCHASE?

Nope! We specifically designed this calendar to ship Worldwide as a standard document. That means no extra fees and the shipping is considerably cheaper than parcel shipping. Even if you get the pack of 3!

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?

We ship standard mail to keep costs down. The rates are as follows:

  • Within Canada: $3
  • United States: $5
  • Everywhere Else: $8

PURCHASING QUESTIONS

I DON’T HAVE A CREDIT CARD BUT REALLY WANT A CALENDAR. ARE THERE ANY OPTIONS FOR ME?

Our goal is to get a calendar into every person’s hands that wants one. We can do an Interac Transfer if you don’t have a credit card. If you email us at info@festivalculturecalendar.com we can talk about options for you.

I HAVE A STORE AND WOULD LOVE TO CARRY YOUR PRODUCT. DO YOU SELL WHOLESALE?

If you have a retail store and would like to sell the calendar, by all means we’d love to hear from you and see if we can make something work. Please email us at info@festivalculturecalendar.com to discuss what your looking for.

I DON’T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT. CAN I STILL ORDER FROM YOU?

You do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal. You can simply continue as a guest and no registration will need to be done in order to make your purchase. If you register for an account with PayPal it will streamline any purchases you make in the future through any online merchant.

PROJECT QUESTIONS

HOW DO YOU PICK THE CHARITIES THAT YOU SUPPORT WITH THE CALENDAR PROJECT?

There are hundreds of amazing charity groups out there doing incredible work to make this work a great place for all of us. We picked two groups that we felt were doing relevant work to the festival community and who could benefit from the kind of charitable donation this project can provide. If you have a charity that you think could be great for next years project then drop us a line and let us know!

ARE YOU LOOKING FOR ANY MORE PHOTOGRAPHERS?

YES!! We are always looking for great images for the project. If you visit the CONTACT PAGE there’s a bit more info there on submitting your photos for consideration in next years calendar.

DO YOU PAY YOUR PHOTOGRAPHERS?

Absolutely. We believe that creatives need to be paid for their work. Photographers are compensated based on the photos that are approved and their placement in the calendar. For each calendar that is sold, each photographer makes a cut off of that sale and at the end of each cycle, a payment is issued for all the sales in that cycle.

WHY DON’T YOU HAVE PHOTOS OF EVERY FESTIVAL?

The number one reason is that we probably didn’t get photo submissions for that festival. We hope that as the project grows we’ll be able to get more photographers on board and in turn have a broader scope of festival photos.

WHY AREN’T ALL THE FESTIVAL DATES BLOCKED INTO THE CALENDAR MONTHS?

As much as we’d love to be able to make this happen, the reality is that many of the festivals may not have locked in their dates by the time the calendar went into print production. This is why we created the list on the last page for all the festivals and the website addresses. In the case that we do a second or third print run of the calendar, we will add more dates as they get released.

QUESTIONS ABOUT RETURNS

DO YOU GUYS DO RETURNS?

Although we hope that your absolutely love your calendar, if you must return it, here’s the details. Please send an email to info@festivalculturecalendar.com stating your reason for the return and your invoice. All postage must be paid by you. That includes sending the product back to us. The product must return in perfect condition. Once we receive it and inspect it, we will issue a Paypal refund for the balance after shipping. All returns must take place within 6 weeks of the purchase date. No exceptions.
